Felice “St. Patrick’s Day” da Animal Glamour!

Today is the day in which the Irish in all the world celebrate Patrick, the Patron Saint of Ireland. Of course, you don’t actually have to be born Irish to participate. The inhabitants of the Emerald Isle are a welcoming people and it’s enough to “dress the part” with a green hat or a shamrock dress, like our two canine friends above, to fit right in.
A word of warning is appropriate though: the holiday is famous for its heavy drinking, but alcohol is very badly tolerated by dogs and may even be fatal to them. Avoid – at all costs – the temptation of having a “wee dram” with your four-legged friend. Beyond that, all companion animals have a limited tolerance for excessive noise and crowds.
Best wishes from Animal Glamour – and from the green-trimmed cat in this YouTube clip – to the Irish and to their friends, furry and not. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
